I had wanted to do a story series with my mom and sister as two sea fairing warriors, but alas I waited too long and so only had the first set of my mom done before Dom left for basic. I was going to wait for when she came back and finish the shoot, but it looks like that might be a ways off. If I ever do get to finish the idea it will hopefully be with my Canon. This shoot I am less pleased with because the weather made everything over exposed, my camera has the worst focus when the sunlight isnt out or doing macro, so things look blurry. Made me wish I had manual focus...but I didn't. These were the best among the series.

As the Self Portrait enthusiast that I am, it dawned on me that I have a ton of recently done portraits that I haven't posted before. I have started forming ideas for better self portraits. These were taken more for the sake of a photo editing software I purchased for my phone. (This is how much I love photography I need to edit and play on the go) Enjoy :)

I collected and made these from dead or dying plants at the lake. I didn't feel, on a day so beautiful, that I should take from the living. But despite their ceased life they still emanated beauty.
